Esta herramienta normativa permitir\u00e1 reorganizar la estructura organizacional del municipio para fines de operatividad institucional. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Junto con el EOGOP se socializ\u00f3 el Manual de descripci\u00f3n, valoraci\u00f3n y clasificaci\u00f3n de puestos dentro de la instituci\u00f3n. \u201cLa eficiencia en la calidad de servicio p\u00fablico deben ser optimizados en todo sentido, manifest\u00f3 Julio Jaramillo, director administrativo de la municipalidad. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Para el dise\u00f1o del estatuto se ha tomado como referencia la normativa nacional y los objetivos del plan de gobierno de la actual administraci\u00f3n.
