Este a\u00f1o, gracias al auspicio de dos empresas: Lundin Gold y Newmont Corporation, el\u00a0 Programa ha llegado a una cifra r\u00e9cord de USD 40 mil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Beca Soy Minera tiene el objetivo de promover el liderazgo femenino en el sector minero desde la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">academia, ofreciendo apoyo financiero a mujeres que cursan carreras de tercer nivel en ciencias, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tecnolog\u00eda, ingenier\u00eda y matem\u00e1ticas (STEM, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) o en disciplinas relacionadas con la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">miner\u00eda.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Juan Jos\u00e9 Herrera, gerente senior de Sostenibilidad de Negocios de Lundin Gold, expres\u00f3: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abApoyar al <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programa \u201cBeca Soy Minera\u201d es para nosotros una forma tangible de diversificar el tejido social y <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">econ\u00f3mico del Ecuador.
